Fast HTTP Auth Scanner - gzip and deflate algoritms for handling content encoding. This module is linked with ZLIB 1.2.3 library

NOTE: Some additional code was ripped from zlib "gzio.c" to allow "on-the-fly" decoding for gzip streams
